Programme 2028+: you can help decide

Our programme for 2028 is not finalised yet. Only one evening is fixed so far: the anniversary edition of Steak & Wine on 11 March 2028. For everything else, we would like to know which wine themes interest you. Travolata is a community project – help shape it. You can vote for as many themes as you like. The three most popular themes will be included in the 2028 programme.

Voting is expected to run until 30 June 2027

Cheese & Wine

31 Oct 2026Trafo Baden Convention Centre

Cheese & Wine

Not a cheese buffet. Not a classic wine tasting. On this evening, the only ordinary thing is the extraordinary. Together with legendary affineur Rolf Beeler, we turn outstanding cheese into creative dishes – while two excellent wines go head to head with every course. Joining us as our expert voice on the wine selection is special guest Master of Wine Ivan Barbic. Each cheese tells the same story in two ways: as the original, raw cheese and as a refined creation from the kitchen of Executive Chef Tobias Baruffol. The wine list stays secret until the evening itself, revealed course by course.

The cooking is in the hands of the Trafo kitchen team led by Executive Chef Tobias Baruffol, working alongside Albert Köferli. The wines are presented by Master of Wine Ivan Barbic of Wyhus Belp.
